YOGA IN ENGLISH
Our yoga classes in English language are led in Vinyasa Flow or Hatha Flow style that connects breathing and asana to create an internal heat. Fluid transitions allow poses to flow from one to another developing strength, stamina and flexibility, while also calming the mind. Practicing asanas, meditation, breathing technics and relaxation are main parts of the lesson.
FIRST TIME VISITOR’S GUIDE
What to wear?
Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move and stretch easily. Stay away from anything too baggy, as you will probably find yourself upside down at some point. Shoes and socks are not worn in class. Nevertheless, there is no standard yoga attire in our studio.
What to bring?
Yoga mats and blankets are provided at the studio or brought from your own home. Many people also bring a change of clothes. We provide changing rooms and locker to store your extra clothes and other items during class. Please do not bring large bags into the studio, as these take away floor space from your fellow yogis.
What to expect?
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before class so you have time to sign in, change and get settled. On your first visit, plan to come a few minutes earlier to fill out our registration form, sign in and pay for class. Please make sure that your mobile phone is switched off during the class.
